Service Usage
Service is provided to properties in Malaysia as described on selaquora.sbs. Bookings are subject to staff availability and confirmation. Please provide clear access for safe, effective cleaning.
Eligibility
Clients must be at least 18, or have a legal guardian if underaged. The service is offered to both individuals and registered businesses within Malaysia.

Weather and Risks
Heavy rain, wind, or hazardous access may require rescheduling for everyone’s safety. We prioritise safe and responsible work at all times.
Limitations of Liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, Selaquora isn’t liable for indirect damages arising from the service. Physical property damage due to neglect is covered as required by Malaysian law.
Indemnification
Clients agree to hold Selaquora harmless from claims arising from incomplete or inaccurate information given by the client, or lack of property access.
Dispute Resolution Process
If issues or disputes arise, we encourage prompt communication to find a solution.
Arbitration
If disputes cannot be resolved, they may be referred for arbitration in Malaysia as per legal requirements.
Clients are encouraged to contact us before pursuing formal channels.
Online Dispute Resolution
Clients may also seek help through Malaysian consumer protection authorities or an Online Dispute Resolution platform.
